Site guidelines To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, please note the following when using our facilities: 🚭 Our site is strictly no smoking and no vaping and this applies to all indoor and outdoor areas. 🐾 No dogs or other animals are permitted on site, with the exception of registered guide dogs and other recognised assistance animals. 🍺 No alcohol. The consumption or bringing of alcohol onto the premises is strictly prohibited. We ask all hirers to make their participants aware of these guidelines ahead of their visit. Fire evacuation In the event of a fire or emergency evacuation, the designated assembly point is the main playground. All hirers are responsible for ensuring their participants are made aware of this prior to their session. Emergency exits are clearly signposted throughout the building. Safeguarding Alderman's Green Primary School and Community Lettings UK are committed to the safety and welfare of all children and young people who use our facilities. All hirers working with children or vulnerable adults must hold appropriate DBS checks and relevant insurances and must have their own safeguarding policy in place.
