Site guidelines To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, please note the following: 🚭 No smoking or vaping — applies to all indoor and outdoor areas 🍺 No alcohol — consumption or bringing of alcohol onto the premises is strictly prohibited 🐾 No animals permitted on site, with the exception of registered guide dogs and recognised assistance animals 🔥 No naked flames — candles, fireworks or open flames are not permitted anywhere on site 🚪 Fire evacuation assembly point is the main playground — all hirers must brief participants before their session We ask all hirers to make their participants aware of these guidelines prior to their visit. Safeguarding Wednesfield Academy and Community Lettings UK are committed to the safety and welfare of all children and young people who use our facilities. All hirers working with children or vulnerable adults must hold appropriate DBS checks, relevant insurances and their own safeguarding policy in place. Public Liability Insurance Hirers who don't have their own PLI can use Community Lettings UK insurance policy, for an agreed 10% cost against their booking price.	10% per booking item
Projector Our hall is equipped with a projector available for use during your hire period, suitable for presentations, screenings, training sessions and events. The projector operates via a HDMI input. Hirers whose devices do not have a built-in HDMI port will be required to provide their own HDMI to USB adaptor (USB-C or USB-A as appropriate). We recommend confirming your device's compatibility prior to your session. The school is unable to provide adaptors on the day.	£10.00 each per booking item
Flipchart A portable flipchart that can be used in our meeting spaces	£10.00 each per booking item
Chairs Chairs are available to hire in our larger spaces to be set up with theatre style seating. Not applicable for classroom hire as these are included with the hire of the room.	£0.50 each per booking item

Tables We offer flexible table setups to suit your event or session requirements: Rectangular tables ideal for presentations, meetings and group activities Exam tables – suitable for mock examinations and formal testing environments Please note quantities are limited and allocated based on availability and setup requirements should be specified at the time of booking	£2.50 each per booking item
Tea/Coffee Tea and coffee. Refreshments can be provided on-site to enhance your booking experience. Charged per person.	£2.00 each per booking item
Post-booking cleaning service We offer an optional cleaning service to leave your hired space clean, tidy and ready for the next use. Includes general floor cleaning, surface wipe-downs and waste removal.	£250.00 per booking item
Booking set-up time To ensure your booking runs smoothly, if you require additional set-up time prior to your booking, this must be booked in advance as an additional service. Standard set-up time is not included before your booking start time.	75% per booking item
Booking clear-up time To ensure your booking concludes smoothly, allocated clear-up time must be planned in advance if required. Clear-up time is not automatically included after your booking end time.	75% per booking
