Site guidelines To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, please note the following when using our facilities: 🚭 No smoking or vaping — applies to all indoor and outdoor areas 🍺 No alcohol — consumption or bringing of alcohol onto the premises is strictly prohibited 🐾 No animals permitted on site, with the exception of registered guide dogs and recognised assistance animals We ask all hirers to make their participants aware of these guidelines ahead of their visit. Fire evacuation In the event of a fire or emergency evacuation, the designated assembly point is the main car park. All hirers are responsible for ensuring their participants are made aware of this prior to their session. Emergency exits are clearly signposted throughout the building. Safeguarding Redmoor Academy and Community Lettings UK are committed to the safety and welfare of all children and young people who use our facilities. All hirers working with children or vulnerable adults must hold appropriate DBS checks and relevant insurances and must have their own safeguarding policy in place.
